Ingredients
White Kuda, Panphuti, Wild Gokhru, Pashanbhed, Punarnava, Kutki, Kulith
Method of taking
Mix 1 teaspoon of the powder in 1 glass of water and boil it until the water is reduced to half a glass and strain it and take it in the morning and in the evening one hour after meals.
Abstinence
Avoid milk products, tea, fish, eggs, flour products, chickpeas, rajma, urad dal.
